“Quality accommodation”
Whilst the motel looks very basic on first appearances, there is a hidden quality in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are of good quality and facilities are more than adequate. Staff were very helpful and friendly, car parking plentiful and breakfast reasonably priced. The location, right on the eastern end of Goulburn, made it easy to find and easy to move around the town.

“Brilliant”
Friendly service, warm and welcome with the heater on in our rooms to take the chill off... That's what good service is about. Beautifully clean room, modern, great bathroom and hot shower! Nice soft towels. A great stop over if traveling the Hume north or south. Will be back to stay again, maybe longer next time.

“excellent position and a great motel”
We found the Willows a great place to stay. the room was very clean and cosey. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and affordable. It is situated in a lovely quiet spot and not far from the town.

“Our large family fitted comfortably”
After travelling all day we arrived in Goulburn late in the evening. I drove thru the town and the Willows stood out with its signage & tidy gardens. I couldn't ask for better service, while Shirley was booking us in her husband went up to our room & switched the heating on turned out the extra bedding. The room was spacious for 8 people, and the shower was great. They also have a mini bar on offer in each room.... which is very handy.

“Very comfortable & clean”
What a great little motel. Easy to find and park outside your room. I was travelling solo and wanted to stay somewhere I felt safe, with no walking from car parks late at night. Room was well appointed, with a small kitchenette, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery in the room. Bed very comfy (new latex mattresses). Bathroom large, modern and GREAT shower. Great place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Would be good as a base for a few days due to the kitchenette. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The mini bar the cheapest I have seen!

“Very nice motel”
Really nice motel. Spacious room, nice kitchenette, very clean. Very quiet of a night with no town or traffic noise. Front desk very polite and friendly, good local tips on where to eat etc. Nice little area with a pergola for your morning coffee amongst gardens. Really good place, will be back.

“Great Accommodation”
The 2 room apartment is roomy, couldn't believe how large the bathroom was - it was so modern, beautiful towels. The owner is so friendly - nothing is a bother! Sadly, it was only a quick stop over for us. Highly recommend.

“Excellent overnighter - pets included”
We stayed at the Willows for one night to break the trip from Brisbane to Melbourne. Goulburn was the ideal location for us at just over 12 hrs from Brisbane (via the Pacific/Hume). We stayed at the Willows after reading advice on Trip Advisor. The pet friendly Cabin we had was excellent - large, very clean and up to date. Location was just a couple of clicks off the Northern Hume Highway exit, Food was down the road in the town with plenty to choose from.
